Background:

Born in Palo Alto, California, Carl grew up on both the East and West coasts of the country being born into a military family. Carl has resided in the Islands since 1980 and has been married for over 29 years to Erin, who is from Hilo, HI. They have 4 children ages 16 through 26. Carl worked in the construction industry building custom homes and also operated heavy equipment before becoming a full-time Realtor in 1989. He obtained his Broker's license in 2003 and his areas of expertise are the North Shore, Central, East & Leeward O'ahu, Aiea, Pearl City and Honolulu. He is licensed to sell real estate in the entire state of Hawaii.

When not helping his clients with their real estate needs you can often find Carl on the side of the soccer field or court watching his kids' sports. He also relaxes by gardening, reading, beachcombing  and trash pick up and, exercising his passion for surfing, especially on the winter waves of O`ahu's North Shore. Carl also volunteers for the Meals on Wheels program visiting with and delivering meals to the elderly and disabled.
